Thanks but no thank. We are making our great technology leap forward for our customers. We don’t have time to struggle and to deal with Intel IFS concept with too many monkeys jumping around.
AMD would not be in today's shape if it is stupid enough to buy IFS from Intel.

You're probably too young to know that AMD spun out their fabs (Global Foundaries) in 2009, and then divested themselves in 2012.
Sell IFS to regain unquestioned leadership in what exactly?
We already have unquestioned leadership
