Why do we undergo a reorganization that results in layoffs while simultaneously posting similar jobs almost immediately after multiple roles were eliminated?

If you think what’s been happing was fun get ready for the mega f up consequence of investing billions in a failed narco state like mexico. Trump will put the hammer down and TC may end up loosing billions again.
How did the company go through all this corporate split and still be left with this complete dud leadership group????
There is maybe 1/10 managers who aren’t complete incompetent mo--ns.
Name one middle manager who doesn’t have some bs connection that put them there. They are all about protecting their little bag instead of what’s good for the company and team.
The day will come when a private equity firm swoops in and grabs this Company and completely flushes it out. As a shareholder I welcome that day.
Exactly, they are playing with peoples lives.
There are many putting their own career climbing, sociopathy and narcissism over their colleagues mental health and family well being.
It’s about the self over the betterment of the organization.
Every single employee has a family at home they are trying to put food on the table for and are having their livelihoods dangled over their heads.
People have literally lost their lives (health conditions caused by stress, su----es etc.) and suffered immense mental trauma for one reason or another because of what this company has been doing since 2015.
10 years of an inhumane psychopathic sociological nightmare experiment on people just trying to work hard and bring home a paycheque.
Meanwhile the mental health, safe space, DEI, environmental, indigenous support, hollow patronizing white wash continues.
The leadership at every level of the company seems to prioritize their own interests over what is right! Even if it means lying, throwing others under the bus, or simply nodding along with their superiors (yes man culture!) to secure their next bonus, pension, or similar benefits. It's unfortunate that such a great company has experienced such a significant cultural shift, to the point where good people are leaving for the sake of their mental health or simply waiting for severance packages. It's a real shame and a waste of talent.
The main asset of this company has always been its people, not the pipeline!!!
The fuel for success is the company culture, and culture isn't built through words and town halls and the secret briefing meetings, but through actions.
Every day, we suffer because of the egos in senior leadership.
You are playing with people health, family and lives! Simply stop it and just do the right business! We are tired!
Like everywhere else in this organization, poor leadership. No teams, only individuals interested in making through another bonus cycle.
