I would be glad to see SOME of the tech support from TAM kicked to the curb. The arrogance from some of people that haven't been in the field in over a decade is disturbing. The last time they worked on any of it in the real world was back in the days of A/P. They have forgotten what is like to have to be in a home that is ro--h infested, kids screaming, TVs blaring but yet they expect my field reps to be 100% perfect. Tech, when you read this, remember your kindness could go a long way in helping a FR make it through a bad install/appointment. You use to be in these shoes.
