Thread regarding Publicis layoffs

He claims everyone in the company is a blocker in order to cover for his shortcomings. He and his team are working on a really small and simple app and not able to produce, so he is calling everyone else a blocker to buy time.

He doesn't pass the sniff test . We think he is a DevOps guy who has very limited development skills and a lot of manipulative skills. Publicis should rerun a deep background check on his self proclaimed expertise.

Why are you all so obsessive. The way you talk about your fellow coworkers is weird. There is life outside of work. I’d recommend living it.

Based on what I read on another thread, I think bro won't have to resign. Layoffs are coming!

Mods scrub this place for ToS violations on a regular basis. Here are the the cliff-notes of the site rules here (someone shared this recently on another forum, \rules are the same for all forums here):

• don't swear, don't post personal insults
• don't use identifiable info like names and addresses (no PII, you can name only public figures)
• don't threat, don't use derogatory language towards groups
• no racism/ethnic slurs
• no politics, asking for votes of any kind and no advertising products/services
• They (site mods) also nix spammers and trolls.

How about Sacramento Smooth (SS). He has faked almost his entire resume and claimed he is a cloud expert. In reality he doesn't understand even the basics and has never worked on real cloud applications anywhere. But he has very good sales skills and has the non tech racist farts eating out of his palm. Some of his comments stunned me. He seems to repeat a few tech jargon he picks up from meetings with bro and others and makes it sound like he is a genius. This dude is one of the biggest scamsters I have seen. But turtle head and his lady cronies don't have the skills to understand that - so he is sidelining him and giving SS all the power.

At some point something's gonna give and this group will go down in flames. Hope that's sooner than later. Then leadership can go back to their original plan of selling this group in a fire sale and let us get back to intelligent work.
