I want to leave BNSF, but I'm having zero luck in doing so. It's scary how few options are available. I'm more afraid of losing my job now than I've ever been considering the scarcity of available jobs. Is this just a me thing or are others having similar experiences?

Evidently you haven’t looked at CPKC, CN, CSX, Patriot Rail or Herzog… All are hiring with more money and same lamé benefits. You’re from a class 1 railroad and are a direct hire.
