Quit more than one year ago, best decision ever, the fear of getting riffed everyday had me anxious. manager and team were awesome but the company itself su-ks. executives dont know what the he-l theyre doing. If you think you are getting riffed, shop around and dont be afraid to jump. If youre waiting to get compensation, for your mental health its not worth it.
