Idk how we can start but it is the only solution to work towards job security. Workers in a union are paid better and usually have steps in place the company has to follow before they can fire you. The layoffs are going to continue. The investors meeting says their goal is to get shareholders returns of $7.5 billion over THE NEXT THREE YEARS. There are call center unions out there. We need to band together.
