Phones reps are fed up with the tech issues. Are we having one a week now or what?? In tried of having to do more work all the time because of techs sc--w ups. We have to deal with the angry clients while they just sit back on zoom calls

That’s only half true. We plebes use Teams. Execs use both.
They’ll likely seek more funding and blame IBM.
And keep the team which works on IBM and reward them with same funding :)

Trust me, the front-line techs hate it too, but we're saddled with id--tic leadership who don't want to listen to the folks who actually know what they're doing.
