On Monday, I turned in my two weeks' notice. I'll miss the awesome people I worked with for eight years, but not the company. To everyone still at Micron, I wish you all the best! Just know that there are so many great opportunities out there waiting for you. Time to move forward!

Congratulations on your new job! I suspect you will find that you made a wise choice .
He looks to exploit for personal gain. Charisma and an accent can only take you so far without a work ethic and accountability.
The only way to save yourself from that guy is to quit because they let him run amuck.
If you worked at micron for eight years then there were two layoffs and a rule of 65. For the rule of 65 micron was so proud to use this. Your age plus tenor working. if it was equal to 65 or greater then you really needed to retire (leave). Aka getting rid of older employees. What a scam on older people. If you didn’t then you received a 2 rating on your performance.

This must be a HR plant trying to get people to leave. The job market is a mess.
