Thread regarding Coupa Software layoffs

More changes but spoiled roots remain

Finally real new leadership in engineering and products which should look at the basic problems first before making another firing list. QA folks here dictate he terms because of former boss's unethical relationship.
That is causing multiple problems and shameless, unethical people are dictating decisions, overlooking much more smarter people. Fruits of a poisonous tree can't ever be healthy.

How is it possible to have a Chief Product Officer and a Chief Product AND Technology Officer at the same time. Sounds like a lot of Chiefs.

CPTO sounds like a tu-d, bet he doesn’t last 6 months.

Yes, new CPTO. He is a bully, extremely political and tried to stick the kn--e to his leadership through backhanded actions. He is an a-s***, he made all the wrong decisions for SAP/SAP Ariba Procurement and got walked out. Coupa made the wrong decision on all levels.

Well that’s not good. What kind of toxic behavior?

If you are talking about the new guy from SAP - he was fired for lack of innovation and toxic behavior. Not a real win for Coupa.
