Any news of any further layoffs this week? This is so stressful. The visionless management and their cronies inside of the company whose fault this is gets a free pass and it's us who has to pay the price for their incompetence while they go laughing to the bank with their stock options.
Perhaps they are reducing headcount in order to facilitate a sale of the company. The activist investors would typically try to enforce this to get their money back and a premium on top. First the sale of the 4X4 unit to Japan and then the whole company. Elliot Management would want their pound of flesh.
