Unions don't help anyone and certainly wouldn't help here
Having a union does not prevent a company layoff.
White collar workers don't have the brains, ba--s or spines to even think about starting a union.
Yes CEO's definitely get away scot free while employees suffer due to their bad decisions. That needs to change. For starters the first thing is NO golden parachute when the company does poorly so they jump ship and get rewarded. If the company fails/does poorly no reward no money.
We need to start a ehite support group. Nobody understands the struggle of ehites more than other ehites.
