The separation of an additional 66 employees will take place in three (3) phases.
Phase 1 (1): December 6, 2024, Phase 2 (1): December 13, 2024, Phase 3 (64): December 16, 2024.

There have been 5 separate WARN notices just this year.
The 8/14 layoffs were not in the WARN Notice. They have 90 days to file.
Following up on my post below, here’s the 8/19/24 source before it was amended today (9/24/24);

This is copied and pasted from the original WARN notice posted on 8/19/24 before it was amended today (9/24/24). So how did it go from 403 impacted employees to 66?
I don't think its additional 819. Since the notice was posted on the day when people were laid off, it is stating that today potentially 819 people were impacted
i think the NY Warn is an updated one adding 66 jobs from August notice
not additional - i could be wrong
so 819 plus the CA numbers of like 188
so 1000 then
and whatever today is will need an ammended notice
Wait. The additional 819 by 2/14/25....what is that based on?? That is an additional wave beyond what we all just went through?
that has a 9/6 ammended date i dont think thats today
That might be for the 9/17 layoffs.
