not exactly, you're going to be laid off in a few weeks after the smoke has cleared. most likely. the company gets rid of all liabilities. they don't want you talking, like you are now & they especially don't want you testifying to anything afterwards, they wanted a jaded exployee excuse for you if you're ever brought against them as a witness
See that's what I fear will end up happening, that many laid off will be done with no input from their managers/superiors. Meaning it will be random, as long as the $$$ amount is met.
