Definitely not crocodile tears. He came into his position with a lot of hope, I don’t think he ever wanted to do this.

Not if you know him. I don't even work in his org but know how much he cares about people. Dont forget the cuts came from the pep boys
what did he say? what was the overall messaging and what's next?
wish the same could be said about DD. what a BS call that was. didn't sway one bit and literally just ran through it as fast as he could then ended the call.
