New automated AI dispatching is here by next month. Very little involvement from FSC with this new Oracle system. Look for 75% reduction in dispatch staff in the coming weeks. Better polish up and print out your resume.

You will still need human intervention for moving calls and adjusting. The system is not perfect by any means. It’s a shame as I get along with majority of the FSC in Serbia. This company focuses much more on how to save money than how to make it.

They've been coming up with various methods to address the problems but they still can't improve simple things that human dispatchers have been doing since the beginning of time: assigning the majority of the tasks to the first tech that shows up on their list in alphabetical or numerical order.
In the end, just do what I do... mostly ignore it. Relax. Do some calls. Go home. Whatever doesn't get done, oh well. (Unless you live in an unfortunate mandatory overtime country, then uh, sorry bro)
The Serbians are now being replaced, karma. Ruthless company that doesn’t give rats a-s about their employees. If they can replace, they will, nobody will even remember.
So we won’t see the fireworks when FSC and CE’s go back and forth regarding call handling disagreements anymore? Sad
Pretty smilar idea was present around 2015/2016 when D1 was replaced by first incarnation of Oracle. We remember how that was successfull. If the history repeats in the coming months they will employ more people to handdle thisinvention, which is somewher in line with regular NCR operations ...
