It feels like colleagues in these meetings are too scared to state how they really think or feel for fear of retaliation by their management. Maybe Max should have these without managers or supervisors on the call.

I give him immense credit for trying. With the leadership turnover and backlog issues everyone has been in a shell shocked state. He is trying to develop a dialogue. He is as transparent as he can be. I like the guy. I see things improving. Just my two cents.
