Loss of focus on competition.
Lack of cross org focus on getting best products out the door asap. Anyone remember better, faster, cheaper?
Meritocracy undermined by multiple factors.
Loss of discipline in status reports and defining/tracking objectives.
They would be mortified knowing that employees are using this wesbite during work hours.
