Going union recently gave most of us around $10/hr pay raise.
If think that would have happened as non-union. Think again!

Enbridge won’t pay or compensate unless pushed.
I encourage more people to go sign a card and get paid market value.

This is only way anyone gets paid appropriately in Enbridge in any role.
This company’s compensation is far off base of the market.
If strike gets you treated right.
Then do it.

Remove the one manager that is responsible for majority of the problems and low moral, and I’m sure a deal would be reached swiftly.

Why would they go on strike? What are the issues?

STO are the highest paid employees in GDS, earn well more than sr advisors and specialists and in some cases managers and they have a union to protect them.

Spoiled trades people - gimme a break. If they strike they don’t know how good they have it.

Hope all employees in Ontario go on strike! The company has been abusing its staff for way to long. People on the outside are asking the same question, how much is it going to take until we all stand up to Enbridge? Since GE the company has taken a nose dive into desparity!!

Contract Expires 31-Dec-2024. It would be a legal strike.

doubtful - STO went on strike in 2022 at Dawn and they agreed to 4 year contract. If they do strike, will be illegal.
