many so called tech managers, who actually do not have tech skills, never did tech work before, claim to have tech skills via those endless meetings, should be let go first to save the company. Their bad adjustment and ill management, style of manage up, is the root cause of the falling company

Way too many "project managers" that get paid to do nothing, layoffs should start with them.

Next week? Dell will continue to collect massive amounts of analysis, delay making any real decisions and fail to innovate anything of value once again. In fact they will do this week after week, year after year because everyone is afraid to commit to an actual course of action beyond the status quo
