set schedules/designated openers... going away. has anybody heard anything?

That store discretion.
I've had store managers in the past that favored set schedules and others that were completely against it.
Unless it comes with a dramatic across the board pay increase good luck Lowe's
Something they will do for a month and they go back to how it was because “ they can’t get anyone to work those shifts”.
