For years people on this site have been telling you to leave if you are an employee or don’t join if you are looking for a job. Why the surprise that Intel is ruining your life?
I've already been told that I would be cut. But they would send me the official note in October. So, no more lost weekends. Straight up searching.

My advice is to regain control of your life. You were ok before Intel, you will be ok after Intel. Make a plan and execute.
Best to just assume the worst and move on. That was any positive is a surprise
No one will feel safe at Intel until we are in the profit area. That could take 4-5 yrs if at all. Pat is probably just as confused as the rest of us as to what to do. Everything he has done so far has failed. Face it....Has Intel improved? Is Intel better today then 3 yrs ago? NO..and NO...
