If Intel fires everyone and sold on eBay, it would worth $20 a share. How much would QCOM pay? $22?

The shareholders are revolting.
Qcom is in for a rude awakening when they take a peek under the hood
Based on your understanding of math and business, you must work in Intel Finance, very likely in IFS/TMG Finance leadership.
You got it! They just want the rights to various builds and structures. Intel employee will be massively culled. A skeleton staff of those who operate tools will be retained. Buckle up sh--s about to get real
QCOM wants the IP and not the employees. 5-10% of the employees would survive to help with the transition the rest would immediately be toast with a minimum payout ie the 60 days required by WARN.
@mrb, no, they don't accept electronics... they get stuck trying to recycle the cr-p. Same deal here.
Goodwill will take it for free
Intel employees would be paid less the qcom employees for first 3-5 years
It will never happen. What it did was create an unexpected opportunity to sell INTC
Hoping for a miracle that it will be $65 per share lol!!
