I am not from Amazon but many of my friends are!
I hear from them all the time about how toxic work culture at Amazon is ! They complain but do not quit maybe because Amazon pays sh-t load of money.
I wonder if the 5 day RTO really changes anything
If people are willing to work in a toxic work culture they should be ok with coming into office!

Is Jassy d#$b enough to revert RTO coz of some d#@b surveys saying employees wanna quit? We are a data driven company. Unless the data shows employees quitting due to RTO, surveys where we beg Jaasy means zilch.
RTO is not the end of the world. There’s perks to both sides and I don’t mind either.
Covid had its pros and cons. One of the pro's was we got to work from home full time. That meant rolling out of bed in your robe, grabbing some coffee and walking to the next room/office to work. No more getting up early, making the stressful commute in traffic, and having to work in a cubicle all day. Now that Covid is just another bug to deal with, we're back to return to office mentality. I don't work for Amazon, but my company had the same five-day RTO mentality. It didn't take long before "considerations" were made for a flex-schedule. Oddly, I can be WFH or RTO and it doesn't really matter. My boss and team have been in another state since I started this job years ago. My collaboration is nothing more than a TEAMS call or email. For me, RTO is nothing more than parking it in a cubicle, next to someone that does something else for someone else. We joke about being the "Misfit Toys".
All said, it's a job. They pay me well for what I do. In this economy, I'd rather su-k it up than be out of work waiting for the perfect job. - Good Luck -
Eh, I don’t work at Amazon but imo if the company writing your check and approving your time slip (I.e. customer) wants you present you show up. Pretty basic stuff.
OP go back to your Walmart layoff page. You’re not welcomed here.
Sounds like OP is bitter that his friends are making more money than they are.
