KL and other mangers who just sit in their offices and think they know what they are going need to get a grip, instead of pointing fingers.

If that's the case then it should start with Kvn. He's accomplished very little since arrival and belongs in the document closet along with the all the antiquated paper. The more the clown shown digitizes the worst the financial performance gets. Column quality is cr-p. Cant logon anymore.
