Most tech jobs that were in USA are moving to india. Bangalore city has over 350,000 software engineers alone, and 40% of college graduates can't even find employment.
VPs and Senior Directors are expert in passing the blame to sacrifice their team and save themselves. QCOM won’t improve until these failed decision makers are replaced.
Hopefully some principals+ titles this time. The amount of middle management in Q is mind boggling.
