Mostly seems like longer time good employees being let go over no commons sense is left
If you are talking about layoffs, then you only should talk about FTE. So the ones that I know are the dedicated Scrum masters and some of them were converted to analyst. Some others were lucky and they are gone. I would not consider contractors as layoffs, since that are a short term hires. They won't be extending their contracts and some of them were cancelled already, it was announced since long time ago during the multiple town hall meetings.
Is this confirmed news? please do not spend rumors.
Which month? WARN for FTEs?
