i don't know anything about manila but alot of tech jobs are going to India
I havent heard of any yet but all these loans they said we were going to get with rates dropping i am still waiting for. Maybe they are all going to Manila. The retail Hla are not bring in much unless those are going to manila and they are not telling us yet.
