Voyix is just waiting for anyone to offer to buy them, they will continue to do what they do until Voyix is sold, then it’s all unknown depending on who buys. It’s very simple, most people now will only be terminated if their job can be outsourced, or their job can be reduced by less work because of outsourcing/remote support.

The primary responsibility of CEs is to maintain hardware, but NCR Voyix has announced it is exiting the hardware business. The company will keep CEs as long it has SLAs and hardware to maintain for its customers. Longer term, though, CEs are as doomed as hardware. The CE organization is one of the only one that actually works at NCR Voyix, so I would be happy be wrong about this. But it seems as though management has decided otherwise.

Voyix has a lot of CE positions listed online, that leads me to think CE layoffs are not going to happen this go around.

So, no managers have been laid off during this whole process. What in the he22 makes you think they are exempt.

This upcoming week will be interesting, hope some of the managers get a taste of what’s been going on. The lies some have told maybe be coming back at them.

Any updates would be appreciated. Especially on the CE side, but from what I heard from our Regional VP they are looking for additional CE's to help support Walmart expanded SLAs coming in November and other accounts. My region is looking for a TM4, so no talk of layoffs in my area. Wouldn't be surprised though if they happen after end of Holiday Season.

End of the quarter is approaching, next week would be a date on the managers calendar to eliminate jobs and flick on the outsourcing switch. If you have team members from overseas “helping” your team, you should be smart enough to figure things out.
