Well DUH. It is happening every six months or so. They are laying off folks in bunches so we have time to adapt and swallow up all the responsibilities of everyone being laid off. As someone who has been with TSYS for nearly 25 years I know it's just a matter of time before they get me. I feel sorry for the one that has to absorb my workload. I most definitely won't be training said person. This company can kiss my butt. I've stood by and watched and they have let go so many of my friends and GOOD team members. I'm to the point where.i just expect it and honestly I don't give a sh-t if they let me go. This company isn't what it once was. Global Payments can kiss my a-s.

Hmm.. Before the layoffs were even mentioned, there was a Learning and Development course on adapting to change. This came out months ago. Surely, documentation and other things have come to light with the changes lately. I would not be surprised as the dust settles and we see more verticals that don't align or make sense, there will be more cuts as needed. But I doubt this alleged recent documentation has much to do with that. I don't trust the leadership to be honest with us, because they already know we are worked up over this recent cut.

And these recently published documents have nothing to do with adapting to the change that happened 3 weeks ago of thousands of staff getting laid off??

Not trying to fear monger more of coming from documents saying about how to help workers adapt to change and what to do if they won't. Also mentioned how to handle workers who were being let go. Only came out recently
