Imagine sending an impact award to someone for all their hard work, and their manager turns around and wants to downgrade the number of points. Managers should be going to bat for their employees and encouraging the behavior that helps other colleagues. Especially when it is so out of scope of their responsibilities. Managements only interest is only how many employees they can surround themselves with to grass on their fellow worker s,plus feeding their egos getting family and friends jobs no matter how useless they are.
