New Joiner VP - 140K a year

Is it worth it, still seeing if current job counters before I accept.

140 is nothing for a VP with Citi Insurance in USA. Ask for 180+

They are low balling you depending what region you are in. Salary ranges for a C13 range between 125-213K depending on the org you are in.

Keep in mind that bonus’s and raises are minimal unless your role is a role that actually makes money. Whatever you accept as a salary…..you’ll be locked in to that pay for quite a while with a 2% raise (average) every year.

Try 170-180.

This is a question you should ask yourself first rather than strangers that work in Citi. Would it cover your needs in life? Does it match the salary for your role in the country/state you live in?
