Any truth to the rumor that GPN may be ending one or more of their long term cloud contracts early in favor of Microsoft?

I work directly with enterprise architecture, they are so clueless they couldn't make it work if they did.

We are supposed to be switching over to Microsoft products by 2026
These cloud providers will give generous credits and incentives to switch so wouldn't surprise me if we switched to save a bunch of money.
