Is the Gracenote side of the Nielsen business equally affected by the ongoing layoffs? Does anyone know if that part might be kept more viable -- in order to sell it perhaps?

Look at gracenote mumbai glassdoor latest review and it speaks about toxic culture amd incompetence very clearly.
The GCC engineering is a complete joke. Having worked with them they are completely worthless, they might as well just shutdown engineering and save the money.
Gracenote engineeeing gcc is big joke. Leadership running away from meetings, unprofessionally taking meeting from mobile, public places. Folks we used to rely on getting job done have left on their own and slackers have left. I wonder how new joiners are coping up. They have to realize that getting no guidance is better than getting misguided. Recently Zuck said you management is not technical you are not running techonlogy company. I bet on my life you ask these gcc directors, entry level programming questions they wouldn't have a clue. Complete jokers!
