Do we need a “get ready for inclusion week” email right before major layoffs? “Inclusion for all, except for half of you!”

An unsettling thought occurred to me that these same people who promote this "wokeness" might poison whatever work environments in which they are employed in the future- leading unsuspecting and otherwise content people at the those places to be miserable, as many of us are, now. It's frightening to see how these commu-fascists push indoctrination and even threats of punishment for "non-compliance" in such an eerie fashion. Everything is so clean, so sterile and with an air of legitimacy, yet filled with a quiet, officious and unspoken hostility which can leave one who knows what they're witnessing, chilled. The goal is to always keep you afraid and silent unless you are a member of their glee club. A purge, indeed, but one which is meant to torment the targeted employee's mind.
I really hate the term " woke" but this is like a movie where the so called "woken" star in the "the purge". These paramount people don't care about inclusion at all they just want to look good! I hate their stupid emails and their stupid classes it's all bullsh+t. They even tell you to stay home on purge day what the he-l is that about. I wish someone would start a class action lawsuit, I'm sure a lot of people would join.
To heck with Inclusion Week!
They made sure to post in Slack that September is Su----e Prevention Month.
Has anyone else found themselves becoming that employee who hovers their index finger over the delete button when checking emails from corporate? If so, trite rubbish like the "...inclusion week" email is precisely why.
This isn't the cause for where we are today, but it definitely helped the wound fester and the infection to spread a lot faster. By infection, the loss of audience given our unnecessary and incessant agenda pushing. Why can't we just make good content? Well, it starts at the very top.
Oh well, trends come and go. But guess what? they also take no prisoners!
This Treat is one of the biggest issues with this company and its downfall, agenda TV has ruined so many of the Paramount networks. New York has no idea who the audience is and trying to push their views on them has cost many a networks their viewers. Smaller networks like Cmt are poster children for having no idea who their audience is and executives who just want to win awards for their personal views. I’m sure all of them will keep their jobs and the teams that do all the hard work will get cut once again.
It is completely absurd and tone deaf to be promoting Inclusion Week. While Inclusion for underrepresented groups is incredibly important, the timing could not be worse.
Hopefully the remaining employees rise up and make their voices heard by making it the least attended one yet. Boycott the whole thing this year!
@kou+1uAvNppM Yeah, you got voted down
I am sure I will get vote downs which is fine. We are not losing half the company and even though I might get laid off next Tuesday the show must go on. Inclusion is an important topic.
That was the same thought I had . Can’t they keep these auto Emails shut for one week n be sensitive to people
More like EXCLUSION week
Whoever sent that email should be fired into the sun. What a sm--k in the face

Have you see paramount linkedin lately? The post celebrating the pep boys on Forbes lgbtq+ leaders list yesterday made me pu-e in my mouth.
LOL I had the same exact thought when I saw it come through
Exactly! I'm deleting all those gimmicky emails promptly upon arrival. Not even reading them.
