Ha, like employees have a way to know? It’s a mystery, much like how this total a-hole of a person is the ceo.

Oh, I know the number for sure, and I update it every month. But that’s just for the local crew, not for magazines like yours, bruddah.

If headcount was 39k and is now 20k, how can 19k in layoffs not even be noticed by the trade rags / press and so on?

Perhaps much like how this being the largest deal in tech ever (after adjusting the original number for the run up in stock price) was never reported.

Amazing

There are still more middle managers that can be released - vmware had tons of them - can't see them lasting.

No one is here anymore if you didn’t expect this or not OK with that. Did I have values, yes…but daddy likes nice things that cost a LOT of money… so here we are. Hold on….Gggggbbbggg. Thank you Sir, may I have another 2000 RSUs @ $175…

7k is end goal. This was mentioned many times in this forum. You will be fired soon and American jobs will vanish under dictator Hockey.

OP from Broadcom hardwre?

Anyway the high caste leaders don't know where to cut anymore. They have cut most junior engineers who do all the work. The rest of the juniors are working 24X7 and worrying about visa and rto.

You hardware folks should talk to your software friends and help high caste leaders with ideas from bottom up or from your bottom.

Most of management is just looking at bugs like 1st line manager. They can cut all test teams and then no more bugs to look at. The customers are not filing bugs anymore. Customers are busy looking to transition out in a year.

Just cut testing. No bugs. Cut the rest of the juniros. Then only management will remain to play toxic politics with each other. Hardware guys can fund this clustaaaar f-kkkk

I don't know what to do with cash. My net worth quadrupled and I was paid 50% cash. Then I sold more and more and now have so much cash I don't know what to do. I will retire. This is getting silly. Warren Buffett now has 300 Billion in treasuries. More than what the Fed reserve owns. I feel rich. Thanks hock.
