No worries Dan Frank and Monica have it all under control. You don’t need more staff, you just need to work harder. The holidays are coming, follow Monica’s policy on limited 4 quarter PTO, because she needs all hands on deck, while she is taking her PTO for every holiday.

It’s coming, unfortunately. Be safe and remember this too shall pass. It always does. I am just hoping to be on the list to finally end this mental head game world that I see myself in.
