There are discussions happening regarding organizational restructuring and budget allocations. Role definitions are being developed in collaboration with HR. Is there any additional information available? What is happening?

Any info with the Stylist team? Specialized selling team?
@ghs+1uAekSRY, you have over estimated the number of employees per store. Our store is closing, we have 49 employees. The 160 is way out of line, maybe a quarter of the stores have over 100 maybe.
Why wouldn’t you re-org every year? We have to work better with less and be more agile.
Just what we need, yet another reorganization. Yet another end of year anxiety fest where everyone is scrambling for their jobs and working to position themselves so that they have a chair when the music stops.
Our DVP in N.Cal was discussing reorg in Feb based on the 55 store closings. He assured the team that our division wouldn't be impacted for the divisional staff, but it sounded like one or possibly two divisions going away.
Do you mean there will be no corporate cuts if ~28,000 store colleagues are gone in the next 3 yrs?
Are you asking will corporate layoffs be part of closing 150 stores? Based on my past experience at another retailer, I would imagine so
It's a strong possibility, but don't take anything you see here as definitive. A ton of posts were saying the buyout was a done deal... and then nothing happened.
Don’t need more corporate staff if you’re getting rid of 55 stores. 160 employees per store x 55 = 8,800 layoffs in early 2025. There will be another 8,000 gone in 2026 and another 8,000 employees gone in early 2027.
We are hearing this in corporate (not sure if your stores/corp)
Do u think layoffs will be a part of this process?
