All that talk about freeing up time reducing internal meetings ignored.

The refreshing training sit down that JB did in the recent training. Emphasis on removing internal management meetings, meetings for the sake of it.

Straight after completely ignored and here comes the internal meetings. 3 hour recurring internal office AE sales meetings cancelling customer time. Brown bags and heavy food with powerpoint so AE's blow out a day fat and tired. We are all over 30 we dont need a buddy let us go work.

Got slapped tell your customer to get over it and be part of the team. I just want to go work with customers onsite

We regularly get motivated to cancel or move customer meetings for internal office sales meetings on a key day like Wednesday.

My favorite is stale deals. They say just update next steps and it goes away. yesterday we had a team meeting and they coached us HOW to update next steps in salesforce.... but they said, just type anything to update deal so it's not stale but now she says update next steps Like this.. it's all stupid and a waste of time. The7 just say things like free up your time cause it's a buzzword.

They aren't ACTUALLY trying to free us up when we got double the work and triple the quota we had this time last year. I'm so busy I can't see straight cause they laid off halfthe team in August and doubled our work.

I have zero trust in anything that leaders say anymore and working here is ki-ling my soul. This conpany is NOT to be trusted in ANYTHING they say anymore. I won't buy any dell products ever again and I work here. Mostly cause I won't give them any of my money after the way they treat us.

Many of the leaders at Dell have either never done the job or haven't done it in 20-30 years. Unfortunately wasting time internally is the best they can do. Oh yeah and spreadsheets they can put those together.
