Just like coming back and read the same complaining about how toxic TU is like it was ever going to change.
I am coming up on a year of freedom. Getting laid off turned out to be a blessing and 33 weeks of severance and cobra pay. $$. I found a job in December making 12% more 6 weeks of vacation and 15% bonus coming up this December. Comparable to a 3% bonus TU offered. What a joke.
Part of IT team doesn’t do changes after hours and on-call every 10 weeks.
My mental health was so bad at TU and now I feel like a better person. Energized and 30 lbs lighter.

TU thanks for laying me off and continuing to pay me for and handing me 1/2 year salary. Which I paid some debt and invested, added to high yield savings plan which pays out nice dividends for doing nothing.

They just named a new "transformation" vp and have a significant amount of LinkedIn job posts for armed executive security. Safe to say they are doing something soon

The final exits from the March round are scheduled for November. They've already been notified.
The question is if or when there will be a round 3 after that.
