My manager who is in Belfast is upset as those under them based in the US make almost twice as much as. It shows in their comments on it and attitude. HR and his the skip level manager is aware and are addressing it.
I’ve already consulted an employment lawyer and have a action plan in place outside of Citi should things get nasty.
