Returning to the office is going up be the least of your concerns. People should thank God we have a high paying work and such incredible amenities..
The economy is not going well. I hear some major layoff Iis being planned. Not surprisingly.
It is obvious they tend to align policies. I already received an email giving me an assigned desk saying that I have to come to the assigned desk at least twice a week.
People are so naive to complain about this return to the office reality You simply cannot justify high salaries and keep paying local employee from expensive zones like San Fran or Seattle!

Latest low-cardinality manager trim broke vertical connections with ICs. Managers didn't care much. Now they care even less. Job migration to Poland Dublin and India ki-led off the rest morale in EU.
