You are an id--t if you stay. Your long term comp at Intel will be zero.
Not so clear. Intel may lay more but job only lasts only another year.
Company x pays less yearly but lasts 25 years. So it technically pays more

It depends, does not great mean not bad? Then go take it. If it is bad offer, just pass it up for a better one. Imagine you are fishing on a sinking boat, it’s a skill by itself on how to wait and still make a big catch.
Take it and leave ! You are lucky there appears to an industry wide ban on hiring us. So if you are lucky enough to actually land something take it and run!
