Has anyone been able to determine what the days in office are needed to meet the different colors of the flags?
We all know that per quarter
BLUE is 40+.
But what is the range for:
GREEN 39- down to?
YELLOW ?-?
RED less than?

It's crazy how people are going up to the building swiping their badge then getting in there car and going back home!!!! Many people are doing this, all the more reason for the managers to be in house 5 days a week to monitor this situation it's not fair for the people who have returned to work.
If they make it RTO mandatory 5 days a week they won't need to decide who to layoff people will leave on their own! The pandemic is over, get back to work!!!

Sounds like they treat “Human Resources” like color coded cattle for processing at auction. What a morale building place to salve at. Always willing to show one the door, so to speak.
Blue means you hit the requirement and went is consistently each week. Green is good still hit the days but did not go in consistently

I believe green is 26-39, not sure about yellow and red
