Ireland is also a high cost country.
Management is trying to look better than other sites in ireland. That's why they are all pushing the hybrid so they want to look better and hope to avoid a site closure. That's what they are hoping for by the sounds of it.
Not a hope.....tax breaks, and government handovers are waaaaayyyy too good here for them to pull out completely
