I wouldn’t rule out silent layoffs which are being done in pockets under the guise of efficiency. Would be interesting to see if the new CRO can actually trim the number where it’s necessary / collaborate effectively with the SBU’s rather than focus on mindless empire building.
Product org has no role. It was a “ strategic “ group for ideas. W no power. And place for old timers to hang out. People in it will just move to sbu
Hopefully not. What have they learned from previous 2 or 3 rounds of layoffs? Teams are running at skeleton crews.
Hopefully the shifts at c suite level + no backfills for the CPO role will help realize the margin numbers…

Depends on eps report at end of month. If revs continue in 4 % growth range , watch out. Can’t rationalize the head count
