Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

My Annual Operating Review (AOP)

Well, it's coming up to AOP time again and more rookie mistakes from our illustrious leadership team. Time for us to provide feedback in the opposite direction.

Tom Krause (D-)
It is very easy for an accountant in CEOs clothing to take over a company and cut costs for short-term profits. It takes a real visionary like Templeton to build and grow a company to the levels that Templeton achieved. TK has removed most of the leadership that made Citrix great. We're left with junior managers who are doing multiple jobs without the required experience. TK raised prices dramatically to cover losses from all the customers leaving us which will work for a bit but accelerate customer churn. TK has created a ticking time bo-b.

Looking forward to your AOP reviews on TK and other clowns - sorry I mean CSG executives...

Templeton had no vision. He bought companies with vision and squashed them under the crushing lack of insight.

Citrix should have been AWS if Templeton had vision.

X5!

F- Andy Nallapan

The absolute worst review has to go to Andy Nallapan. He has managed to ruin everything he’s touched. Selects inferior products with less features for more money. No justification apart from a previous relationship with the sales guy.

So much for exposing the infamous inefficient elephant he is constantly moaning about. He exposed the elephant and then beat it with a stick until it couldn’t move. If you want to ruin something beyond repair then Andy is your man. No process or tool is safe from being made worse and I didn’t think that was even possible at Citrix.

Never before has somebody assembled a less capable team. It’s very impressive.

I agree. While Templeton was not right 100% of the time, he knew our customers and could summarize what the products do. Not sure if Krause even knows what a Terminal Server is.

I beg to differ. RTO was great success for TK as a lot of people throw in the towel leaving without a severance package.

In what world do TK's bosses think he's done a great job?

Tom Krause (F)
+ Fired the exceptional and retained the 'Good Enough'
+ Destroyed a very successful SMB Business
+ Failed to find a single BU buyer
+ In the process of losing many Enterprise customers as they migrate off Citrix
+ Laughable failure making NetScaler a BU
+ Considerable pain from return to office which then overturned
+ Outsourced many function at a greater cost and less quality
+ One d-mb tiny acquisition
