You dont know what tomorrow holds and cant plan anything ahead of time. There a chance you have to work on the weekend and only get a days notice or have a late meeting with oversea's team same night and only get a heads up near the end of your shift. You never feel comfortable at your role and question if you will be there next week. Citi really only lets you live one day at a time, otherwise you will get into a vicious cycle of overthinking your future
