First note, overemployed a--holes steal benefits from people who would actually dedicate their full effort to their role. Hope you get canned soon. You've earned it.
Secondly, you're absolutely right about the incompetence at every level. MedSol was the epitome of fake culture and has been doomed for awhile. If you're still there, good luck, you are going to need it..
I hit the jackpot with them and it’s also why you have to not care about cr-ppy companies like MSG. Took a job there in late 2022 as a 3rd remote gig giving them an opportunity to show if they are worth more than 3-5 hours of my time/week. Not even a few months in, they canned like 1000 folks, answering my question. And reinforced now 3x over with big RIFs.
Still doing nothing but logging in and firing up the mouse-jigglers depositing every dime of their money into my bi-weekly VOO ETF account. It’s crazy how inept a company like this is. Thanks!
It is extremely sad to see this company's fall from grace. When I started with the company in 2020, I felt valued, seen and appreciated. When I was terminated last October, I asked why I was selected after devoting almost three years, and all I was given was "we wish you all the best." What a shameful place it's become.
