The situation in Hillsboro is bleak. Tension is so thick it’s like a brick wall.
Wfh for MT/MET was cancelled so everyone is walking on eggshells.
nearly every org has at least a 15% target, Highest I have heard of is 35%, very few are being spared. Voluntary may alter the total amount of involuntary. but I imagine even if they get enough voluntary, they will need to do some involuntary regardless.
